Hiring for a Sales Rep... What is a BCSR? A BCSR is a Bear Club Sales Representative. BCSR are responsible for communicating the benefits of the Bear Club, selling memberships to customers and educating customers our wash packages and what they entail. BCSR serve as the “first impression” at Papa Bear. They have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing Bear Club members with pass issues / upgrades / general Papa Bear FAQ’s. Qualifications include strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as a GED or higher. BCSR duties and responsibilities include: Selling Bear Club memberships and services using facts and product knowledge to prospective or existing customers. Reviewing / analyzing reports from previous month(s) on sales data for their Papa Bear location Selling Bear Club Fleet Accounts using facts and product knowledge to prospective or existing customers, assisted by ownership for accurate / price competitive quotes. Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales with every Papa Bear customer. Assist in planning and attending occasional Papa Bear events as needed / planned. Assist site leadership in additional duties as needed while on shift. Job Brief: Here at Papa Bear we are looking for a results-driven BCSR with excellent interpersonal skills to daily seek out and engage customer prospects to help grow our business. What does a BCSR do? You will provide unmatched customer service* in order to boost revenue growth, customer service and profitability. Responsibilities: Present, promote and sell Bear Club memberships / fleet accounts using facts / knowledge of chemical applications and Papa Bear wash packages with current and/or prospective customers at the pay stations, on the lot or at events. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling or follow up with any fleet account leads that may come through our Papa Bear website. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction with all Bear Club members. Achieve agreed upon daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets and outcomes. Supply Core Leadership with End of Shift reports on sales conversion, total sales, customer needs, problems, requests, and ideas. Use the Papa Bear sales script to ensure everything is communicated to each customer correctly. Be able to educate, teach and coach how to sell Bear Club memberships to other Papa Bear employees. Continuously improve through feedback and have a ‘whatever it takes’ mentality! Requirements / Skills: Proven work experience as a Sales Representative Knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) Highly motivated and target driven Excellent selling and communication skills Prioritizing and organizational skills Ability to create and deliver presentations / teachings tailored to other Papa Bear employees on how to sell memberships Relationship management skills and openness to feedback Unwavering commitment to all Papa Bear Core Vales Job Type: Part-time Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Paid time off Paid training Compensation package: Commission pay Monthly bonus Schedule: 8 hour shift Every weekend Monday to Friday Travel requirement: No travel License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Work Location: In person
