Assembly Maintenance Technician-Piedmont, SC Starting pay: $27.95-34 per hour DOE These positions are on 2nd shift-2p-10p or 3rd shift 10p-6a PLC and Robotic experience required. Must be multi craft, mechanical, electrical, etc. Metal stamping plant using Kuka and Fanuc robots and Allen Bradley and Siemens PLC's. Role Summary Purpose and Responsibility of the Position: Assembly Maintenance Technician will provide technical support for production and carry out the assignments and responsibilities given to them by the Assembly Maintenance Supervisors and Team Leaders. To ensure a proper production run, modify parts and machines as needed. basic robotics robot troubleshooting. basic troubleshooting of electrical circuits. To assist root cause analysis for failures leading to significant downtime (as determined by management), employ manual or digital systems. Put steps in place to stop recurrence both inside the impacted business unit and throughout the facility after the main cause has been determined. Depending on the needs for productivity, quality, or safety, optimize, upgrade, or change the equipment.
