Job Summary: An Account Manager will focus on building and maintaining long-term, successful partnerships with key customers, leveraging a detail-oriented approach, strong communication, and strategic thinking. Duties / Responsibilities: Cultivate and manage relationships with key customers by helping them achieve success that exceeds expectations. Partner with customer and supplier teams to develop solutions for a fluid environment. Manage projects involving complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration (internally and externally). Manage KPI-driven measurement strategies, identifying performance trends, optimizing initiatives to achieve results, and providing recommendations for improvement opportunities. Gain in-depth product knowledge to develop diverse solutions for key customers. Required Skills/Abilities: Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, as well as experience with analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management (internally and externally) Proven track record of delivery on quota and obtaining positive results Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment and adapt to changes Strong presentation and communication skills Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or another related area of study 3+ years of experience in the manufacturing or distribution industry, with a focus on performance for internal or external customer base wTadwQb4Iu
