Job Summary : Eisenmann is a leading supplier in the automotive industry. We design and install paint shops and conveyor lines in Automotive manufactures in North America as well as globally. We are looking to add to our Field Service team. Field Service Technicians will travel to our customers’ manufacturing plants within North America to preform services, maintenance, and projects on new and existing equipment, as well as preforming tests on various equipment and circuits, identifying issues and resolving any problems in the equipment. Candidate must be located near Greenville, SC. When not traveling to site, you will be expected to work in the Greenville, SC location. Job Responsibilities: · Adhere to safe work practices/regulations and participate in Safety training activities · Travel to domestic customers and cater to the individual needs and procedures of customer · Undergo progress evaluation in which “Knowledge” and “Performance” are assessed · Perform unplanned, planned, and scheduled maintenance tasks daily or as suggested by engineering, utilizing basic electrical or mechanical skills · Perform periodic equipment inspection and monitoring · Actively participate in rebuilds/overhauls of machinery · Contribute to standardization and process implementation Job Skills & Qualifications Preferred: · Maintain accurate and legible documentation of work effort · Able to bring any plant machine back to OEM condition · Ability to work closely with others and exchange and debate best paths for the project · OSHA 30 certification Required: · Must have a minimum of 3-5 years verifiable industrial experience · Able to travel within the United States and Canada · Able to work overtime and travel out of town for periods of time · Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and random drug screens as required by customers · Able to climb ladders, stand for extended periods, able to lift 70lbs · Safely use basic hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices · Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics · Certified to operate light industrial equipment (forklift, boom lift, scissor lift etc.) · Able to calibrate plant equipment or components. · Must have a valid driver's license and currently have and be able to maintain a good driving record · Reliable and dependable transportation · Must have mathematical ability and strong analysis/problem solving skills · High school degree or equivalent required · Need to be effective at low and high levels of decision making · Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills · Must have ability to work well with minimal supervision · Must have excellent organizational skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience level: 2 years 3 years Schedule: Day shift Holidays Overtime Weekends as needed Experience: Maintenace and installation of manufacturing equipment: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: OSHA 30 (Required) Valid Drivers license (Required) Willingness to travel: 75% (Required) Work Location: On the road
