Job Description This position will be responsible for receiving, shipping and maintaining inventory counts for all equipment. This position will report to the Warehouse Manager and will be asked to learn all facets of warehouse operations Warehouse Technician includes all receiving, shipping and inventorying of NewBold and customer owned equipment. This position will be responsible for all warehousing responsibilities for each business unit with NewBold, ie. Thermal, Point of Sale, and Projects. Essential Functions Receiving all incoming equipment and inputting the inventory into the inventory system Printing, picking, and shipping all outbound orders Maintain organized work space, including all inventory in warehouse Assists with keeping accurate inventory counts and makes sure that the inventory counts are up to date. Assists with organizing and managing customer owned projects inventory. Demonstrates and maintains a high degree of creativity, motivation and influence in a fast-paced environment. Communicates effectively cross-functionally within the organization Establish and build strong working relationships with business leaders and your team members to ensure the successful delivery of services to our customers. Ensure that all Health & Safety procedures are adhered to and that work is conducted in a safe manner. To maintain good and co-operative relationships with colleagues involved in other aspects of the process or operations to promote strong teamwork and co-operation across the company to meet customer requirements. Competencies Highly Organized Customer Focus Excellent Communication Skills Team Player Ability to Solve Problems Drive for Excellence Qualifications, Skills, Education High School Degree or GED 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment (preferred not required) Strong organizational skills Ability to operate fork lift equipment Has the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Knowledge of personal computers and data entry required and must be comfortable with multiple operating systems and software applications. Flexibility in adapting to changes in tasks prioritization. Demonstrated strong analytical, communication (written & verbal) at all levels. Must be self-motivated and able to prioritize own workload. Must be detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment. Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills. Ability to build solid relationships with professionals at all levels within an organization. Working Conditions, Position Type & Hours This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and relevant machines. This is a full-time position. Hours of work are depending on shift and schedule, 40 hours per week. Occasional overtime and holiday work is required. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and listen. Must pass a criminal background check and preemployment drug test. Salary: $18 - $19 an hour
