Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Abstractor at OnPoint Abstractors, LLC. The Abstractor will be responsible for performing title searches and generating comprehensive reports for residential properties. This role is mainly a remote position with some travel to county and client offices. Training will be on-site at our location in Greenville, South Carolina. OnPoint Abstractors is looking for a driven and motivated applicant that will be able to jump right in on day one.
Qualifications
• Minimum one year experience completing title searches
• Attention to detail and ability to accurately analyze and summarize information
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience in the legal, banking or real estate industry is a strong plus
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
