Senior Electrical Engineer- Power Distribution
TekGarden Recruiting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer- Power Distribution to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing electrical systems for power distribution in various projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficiency, reliability, and safety of electrical systems.
As a Senior Electrical Engineer- Power Distribution, you will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining power distribution systems' integrity. Your expertise in electrical engineering principles, industry standards, and project management will contribute to the success of our projects. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, including commercial buildings, industrial facilities, and infrastructure development.
Responsibilities
Design and develop electrical systems for power distribution.
Conduct calculations and simulations to ensure power distribution systems' efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop electrical system designs.
Prepare technical specifications and documentation for electrical systems.
Conduct electrical systems testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and support staff.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience as a Senior Electrical Engineer specializing in power distribution.
In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering principles, concepts, and best practices.
Proficiency in using electrical design and simulation software.
Familiarity with industry standards and codes, such as NEC and IEC.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Project management experience with the ability to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S and not require sponsorship.
