Experienced Treasury Management Officer

In this position you will provide an extraordinary customer experience as you build relationships with customers and prospects to comprehend their business demands, discern their banking needs, and offer deposit and treasury management product and services solutions that optimize their financial operations.

Important Day To Day Responsibilities Include
• Educate customers on and deliver the bank's innovative treasury and cash management solutions and foster the growth of our treasury/cash management products and services adoption.
• Formulate strategies for new commercial deposit account acquisitions and enhance existing relationships.
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to pinpoint deposit growth opportunities.
• Engage with prospective and existing customers to showcase our deposit products and services. Evaluate customer and prospects' existing treasury management practices and suggest improvements or new services.
• Educate other departments on treasury management products and services.
Qualifications For This Opportunity
• Commitment and willingness to learn and grow in your career.
• Previous Treasury Management Services or Commercial Deposit Account Aquisition experience required.
• Ability to educate others on deposit and treasury management/cash management solutions.
• Understanding the extreme value in serving others.

Hours needed: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Reports to: Chief Relationship Officer
