Crossroads is a leading addiction treatment provider of outpatient medication-assisted treatment (MAT). We treat patients with opioid use disorder (OUD) using medications such as methadone and suboxone/ buprenorphine. Day in the Life
• Oversees the enhancements and optimization of digital listings, Google Business Profiles, website performance and additional digital content management.
• Partners with Marketing Communications Manager on social media strategies as well as additional digital programs with an emphasis on growing market share.
• Analyzes content performance via data analysis and provides constructive guidance and recommendations on initiative performance to drive thoughtful on-site and off-site update recommendations and optimizations.
• Analyzes SEO performance data and provides ongoing recommendations to improve organic visibility across all web properties.
• Works with partner agencies to ensure work is done on time and within budget. Partners closely with them on an ongoing structured basis to develop integrated strategies.
• Assists in establishing and managing internal processes and procedures (e.g., project deliverables, reporting).
• Helps to oversee management of Salesforce/HubSpot
• Develops and strengthens the company's voice and unique messaging to build brand awareness, relevance, reputation, and esteem among target audiences and ensure that brand standards are maintained across all digital channels.
• Assists with developing and executing an array of publicity, promotional, communication, and marketing materials utilizing a variety of print and digital media.
Location
• This position is full-time and can be remote.
Education And Licensure Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required.
• Healthcare or addiction experience is a plus.
• Must have 5+ years of relevant digital marketing experience.
• Proven ability to lead proactive digital marketing and ensure accountability for results that maximize contribution to business objectives.
• Must be able to show experience of driving revenue growth for a consumer-focused organization (with preference for experience in a dual B2C and B2C models).
• Must have demonstrated experience developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, including SEM, Paid Social and SEO, and analyzing marketing data (Google analytics).
