Customer Service Representative
Frandsen Bank & Trust is a growing community-oriented company looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to work at our New Ulm Bank. This position works in a team environment to provide direct customer support. A high level of professional communication, attention to detail, and technical skills are required to provide quality service. A Customer Service Representative must meet customer expectations of receiving friendly, accurate, and efficient service.
Job Duties
• Provide superior customer service by being professionally helpful, curious, and courageous.
• Process customer transactions accurately and proficiently on bank software programs.
• Maintain exceptional cash handling skills and accurate balancing.
• Diligently examine all transactions to prevent losses and deter fraudulent activity.
• Assist customers with online and mobile banking technology.

• Working Computer Software Knowledge

Salary range based on experience is $16-20 per hour.
