Job Responsibilities
The person in this position will provide outstanding customer service to our Govie community, parents, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be able to handle answering a multi-line phone, greet guests such as parents, students, faculty, and delivery drivers.  In this position, you will complete assignments which include but are not limited to, typing, and filing paperwork, completing small projects, and data entry in PowerSchool.

Minimum and Additional Requirements High school diploma and at least one-year of clerical or other relevant work experience.
Additional skills and Responsibilities
Excellent communication, detailed-oriented, able to remain organized while handling paperwork.  Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.  Ability to multi-task while greeting guests and answering phone lines. Problem-solving skills to identify resources to address parent and student concerns. Ability to handle stressful situations on occasion. Customer service experience to include working with diverse audiences. Able to attain First Aid/CPR training offered by the school.
Preferred Qualifications Relevant experience working with high school students or in a school setting and knowledge of the arts.
