BridgeWorks is hiring for a Production Prep worker
Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
$15.00-17.00
General Description
• Mechanically inclined and proficient with hand tools, grinders, and sanders.
• Able to learn how to prep and assemble tools and equipment.
• Able to read and understand the weekly production schedule.
• Willing to cross-train and support other areas when needed.
• Responsible for sanding and cleaning items in preparation for paint.
• Willing to work as a team to complete orders in a timely manner.
• Ensure that the weekly schedule is completed.
• Work within the guidelines of OSHA standards.
• Maintain a constant visual on parts and supplies stored on the shop floor.
• Fill out low stock notices.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Work as part of the team.
• Follow all company rules and policies.
• Follow all safety rules and other quality requirements.
• Ensure that all products are built to the highest standard of quality.
• Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
