What We Are Looking for:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years experience, preferably in the homebuilding industry, as a project manager, builder, superintendent, remodeling, warranty or laborer
• Positive attitude
• Detailed knowledge of construction sequencing and scheduling
• A drive for results mindset with the ability to problem solve issues, identify and mitigate risks, and recommend solutions with an eye for detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to collaborate and manage relationships with customers, trade partners, government officials, and employees of all levels of the organization
What You’ll Be Doing Each Day
• Manage all stages of construction on assigned homes
• Establish and maintain positive customer relationships
• Accountable for financial management and profit margins on assigned homes
• Efficiently and effectively schedule trade partners and delivery of materials with a focus on minimizing cycle time, minimizing costs and protecting materials from theft or damage.
• Meet with community Sales team frequently to review progress on assigned homes and verify customer requests
• Update safety reports as required
• Comply with and enforce international, federal, state, local, and the Company’s building code and regulations for all assigned homes
