Document Control Associate
This position is responsible for assisting R&D in entering and maintaining new product development documentation and analyzing R&D project progress metrics. A high degree of personal initiative and advanced communication skills are needed to perform this job effectively.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities (additional Responsibilities As Assigned)
• Enter required design control documents for research and development projects as required by R&D project leaders.
• Coordinate with research and development to ensure that all project status and tracking documents are in place and up to date.
• Learn and keep track of the diverse R&D documentation needs of the varied business units that R&D supports.
• Create organizational systems to keep track of the above documentation needs.
• Create visualizations such as charts and graphs of the progress and metrics of R&D projects that will be used in presentations by R&D management and presented to the Chase management team.
• Build interactive dashboards for individual projects as needed by R&D project leaders.
Minimum Education And Experience
• Associates degree or work experience especially in a scientific field such as chemistry, biology, math, data analysis etc.
• Work experience where organizational and interpersonal skills were developed would be a plus.
• We need someone with excellent excel skills including working with multiple worksheets, pivot tables, etc. it can be a new college grad or someone with little experience.
Skills
• Excellent Excel skills including experience working with multiple worksheets, pivot tables, graphing, and formulas.
• Knowledgeable of Office 365 such as SharePoint and Flow
• Data analysis and visualization skills with software such as Excel Power Query, Microsoft Power BI, etc. a plus
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work with minimal supervision.
