We are a commercial General Contractor based in Greenville, SC. Our expertise lies in residential, light commercial, and investment property renovations. As a small yet impactful team, we collaborate with local homeowners and regional value-add investors to transform living spaces, enhance livability, and drive return on investment.
Position Overview
The Renovation Specialist plays a pivotal role in managing and executing projects at Zen Development. Collaborating closely with clients and subcontractors, this individual oversees project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while actively participating in hands-on renovation tasks to ensure exceptional craftsmanship and project success.

Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate renovation projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, goals, and budget constraints.
• Prepare project estimates, timelines, and proposals.
• Source materials, subcontractors, and suppliers for renovation projects.
• Oversee on-site construction activities and ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
• Monitor project progress, budget, and resource allocation to meet project milestones.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
• Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the renovation process.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and records.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in residential renovations, including experience with investment property renovations. Commercial experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and industry standards.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Monday or BuilderTREND) is a plus.
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions independently while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional quality work and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Must have own tools and a truck (or van) for performing hands-on renovation duties independently.
• Tasks include, but are not limited to:
• Plumbing, Electrical, Cabinetry, Carpentry, Framing, Installing Hardware, Accessories & Fixtures
