Job Summary:
The “Copywriter” will work within the Sales Marketing (Business Development) group to develop compelling, engaging, and persuasive content that not only showcases the HTI brand but also resonates with our target audiences. This individual will play a pivotal role in upholding the voice and tone of our brand, delivering messages that drive results, and effectively telling our story and should strive to continually innovate and evolve our brand with their storytelling.
Essential Job Functions:
• Development: In collaboration with team, aid in the creation of high-quality, original, and engaging content for various mediums, including website copy, blog posts, email marketing, social media, and print collateral
• Voice: Continue to develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all marketing and communication materials, ensuring alignment with the company's core values and objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute creative campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversions
• and Proofreading: Ensure accuracy, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines for all written, sales-related materials
• Optimization: Incorporate SEO best practices to enhance the visibility of our online content, with a focus on keyword research and integration
• Proficiency: Create content optimized for different platforms, such as website, social media, email, print, and other marketing collateral
• and Analysis: Conduct research to gather detailed information about audiences, buyer personas, and customer journeys
• and Collaboration: Work closely with designers, marketing specialists, and other team members to bring concepts to life and iterate on feedback to achieve the best results
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
• experience as a copywriter in various mediums, with a diverse portfolio showcasing versatility and results
• writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• in SEO best practices
• knowledge of digital marketing and content strategies
• thinker with a keen eye for detail
• to adapt to different brand voices and industries
• player with excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to interact and present ideas in and outside of our immediate group
• to balance the need for self-motivated/independent tasks as well as collaboration and group work
• excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• to meet tight deadlines, work well under pressure, prioritize and multi-task
• in Microsoft Windows for PC and Office programs including but not limited to PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
