Michelin Licensing ranks in the top 50 brand global licensors. We are looking for a creative and driven individual with a strong understanding of brand licensing to expand our presence throughout the US, Canada and South America. We have high standards of quality for any product that bares our name. There is a significant opportunity to grow this business by identifying new product opportunities that are a good fit for our brand and bringing them to life. Managing business partnerships with our current licensees is also critical in this role.Strengthen relationships with existing licensees; including regular business plan reviews, ensuring compliance, monitoring performance and supporting any business needs they may haveIdentify and lead all aspects of new business growth opportunities; including preparing pitches/sales materials, contract negotiation and execution of new contractsConduct gap analysis to identify category gaps, opportunities and market trends to develop new  business programsCollaborate with Marketing, Product Development, Finance and Michelin Tire teams to ensure alignment with Michelin objectives, brand goals and retail needsSupport, as needed, with the exploration of other properties within the Michelin portfolio including the Michelin Guide and Robert Parker Wine AdvocateWHAT WILL YOU BRINGBA in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.Minimum 4-6 years of proven experience in a brand licensing role; either with an agency or brand licensor.Ability to prioritize, work independently and have strong organization skills.Excellent written and verbal skills with proven attention to detail.Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects simultaneously.Effective problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to proactively identify and address opportunities.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office® Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint) and ability to learn other software systems.Travel is estimated to be 10-20%.#LI-HIRINGMICHELINInspire Motion for Life: Apply Today!As the leading mobility company, we work with tires, around tires and beyond tires to enable Motion for Life.
