The Regional Sales Manager, CF is a key member of the Component Foams sales team responsible for developing and achieving maximum sales volume and profit in the assigned territory. This position is responsible for establishing customer relationships, assessing customers’ technical requirements, and assisting Armacell in the development of products to meet the customer’s needs.
The Regional Sales Manager will also be an exceptional communicator, as well as customer-focused, results-oriented, and driven to succeed in a technical learning environment.
Position is remote based, with the candidate residing amongst the Southeast territory from North Carolina to Florida and as far west as Alabama and Kentucky.

Job Opportunities
• Provide technical support helping identify optimal solutions for applications in Transportation, Industrial, Building and Construction, Sports and Leisure, Medical, and Packaging markets for a given region.
• Work with all levels within the customers’ organization, including engineers, purchasing, project managers, and owners, to understand the market needs and assist Armacell in the development of solutions aligned to meet the needs of the markets and deliver on the customers’ expectations.
• Primary customer base will be Converters and Fabricators that support the OEMs with some direct selling to the OEM. Define specifications on the OEM level that help create pull through to the Converters and Fabricators.
• Be the VOC to the organization and deliver on exceptional customer experience from inception to completion.
• Manage an assigned territory of customers and the performance of a portfolio of products to meet and exceed budgeted volumes aligned to the Component Foams strategic plan.
• Maintain and report monthly on a detailed Territory Plan consisting of performance to budget, pricing strategies, top account strategies, market analysis, competitor information, and KPI’s.
• Identify areas of growth for assigned territory for new and current customers and establish customer relations aligned with functional responsibilities throughout the organization.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, buying programs/rebates, and other programs aligned with the Component Foams strategy and Territory Plan.
• Become the sales expert and maintain a strong working knowledge of existing and new product offerings, industry technology, and market drivers.
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• 3- 5 years of experience in solutions-based sales or engineering.
• Out of the box thinker with a proactive approach and strong desire to work in a technical solution selling role.
• Active and positive Component Foams team member willing to share market trends and assist with workload balance and best practices.
• Ability to prioritize, detailed-oriented and able to multi-task.
• Intuitive ability to prioritize efforts and quickly identify and resolve challenges.
• Possesses professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with a CRM system would be optimal.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel up to 60%.

The expected compensation range for this role is $100,000.00 -$120,000.00.
The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience, and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
