On their behalf, we manage (or “service”) their loan portfolios, which means that we collect homeowners’ mortgage payments, pay their tax and insurance bills, and help homeowners in default to get current. Primary FunctionThe Escrow Data Analyst is responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving both current and future reporting needs for the business units. The individual will produce collaborative content for reports, analysis dashboards, and other initiatives. In addition, the Escrow Data Analyst will provide support on statistical methodology and analysis. Distinguish on-site duties with a *.Partner with the business unit and/or management team to identify analytic needs and develop end to end process flows.Lead projects from requirement gathering to completion, including monitoring progress to ensure project goals are achieved timely.Utilize SQL as query languages to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources.Assist with documentation of reporting, end user processes, and training materials.Contribute to the creation, management, and delivery of reporting to senior management of the timeliness and accuracy of the Loan Administration group.Maintain and update queries as needed to assist with streamlining processes and creating production efficiencies.Become a subject matter expert of escrow data fields, bulk production reporting, and identifying automation opportunities.Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by management.*These essential functions are fundamental to the role, and must be performed on-site, as they cannot physically be performed remotely.
