Packer Opportunity in Martinsville, VA
Job Summary
We are seeking a hard-working and reliable Packer to join our growing operation. In this role, you will work verifying accuracy of picked orders, scanning garments, packing order and sending orders to shipping in a timely manner.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Verify accuracy of picked orders
• Pushing and pulling cartons off of conveyor belt to workstation
• Pack units in shipping cartons
• Send customer orders to shipping in a timely manner
• Cross trained in Picking duties and will perform Picking duties as necessary
Requirements and Qualifications
• Previous warehouse experience preferred but no required
• Able to stand at station for long periods
• Walk at a steady pace for other duties as assigned
• Work independently
• Pinch garments out of totes
• Occasional lifting up to 45lbs.
• Good communication skills
• Submit to Drug Screen and Background Search
