School of Nursing Recruitment Operations Coordinator - Greenville, SC
Job Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY:
School of Nursing Recruitment Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting events, communication, processes, and administrative tasks for undergraduate and graduate student recruitment initiatives. The coordinator works with SON stakeholders for first-time freshmen, transfer, and graduate student recruitment. Home office is located at the CU Nursing Building in Greenville, SC TLP. Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Duties
40% - Essential - Event Support:
Provides support for on campus prospective student events including SON tours at both sites of instruction on Clemson's main campus Edwards Hall and CU Nursing building in Greenville. Coordinates logistics and provides support for SON Director, undergraduate director, and graduate director. Attends local, regional, and national conferences and other recruitment events for the RNBS, ASD, Graduate DNP, and Masters programs. Will require some travel.
40% - Essential - Recruitment and Admissions:
Tracks recruitment and outreach activities in support of strategic plan. Helps provide guidance on how potential students can receive financial support/scholarships. Works closely with CBSHS Nursing advisors and departmental student services coordinators to bridge the transition between prospective students and applications.
20% - Essential - Administrative Support:
Provides administrative support to the undergraduate and graduate coordinators. This is includes management of student records and calendar management. Keeps inventory on SON promotional materials. Creates promotional packages as needed for events. Supports other duties as assigned.

Education - 1st Bachelor's Degree & relevant work experience

Compensation Information
Band: 05 ($ 37,860.00 - $ 50,000)
Salary is dependent upon several factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's previous experience, knowledge, skills and performance in accordance with Clemson's compensation guidelines .
