Customer Service Manager
Salary: $65k to $80k

What your future day will look like:
• Set contact center goals, delegate to customer service team for weekly implementation and review
• Produce monthly reports on productivity, quality, and sales
• Design and manage call routing systems
• Handle multi-channel tasks including Phone, Chat, E-mail, Marketplace, and E-Commerce Orders
• Manage customer interactions, including Returns, complaints, and low scored surveys
• Ability to work a daily schedule of 10am to 7pm

Type: Direct Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
• 3 years of supervisory call center experience
• Proficiency in an ERP system; Epicor, Netsuite or Infor, a plus
• Experience in a fast paced, high order volume environment; B2B business supplies sales, a plus
• Ability to work a daily schedule of 10am to 7pm
