Job Responsibilities To teach and evaluate didactic and clinical skills for students enrolled in the Paramedic and EMT courses, and to perform the functions of a Paramedic/EMT Instructor on each of SCC's campuses.  Utilizing traditional, online and hybrid instructional methodologies to include day, evening and weekend formats times may vary.
Minimum and Additional Requirements The Paramedic/EMT Program instructor must have a bachelor's degree and be a current certified National Registry EMT-Paramedic (NREMT-P), with a Master's Degree in Educ. preferred.  A minimum of three years' experience working in a pre-hospital emergency care facility. Must be a SC DHEC approved (EMT, AEMT or Paramedic) Instructor and AHA CPR Instructor.  Prefer teaching experience in Paramedic, EMT and health science courses and curriculum development experience.
