Job Responsibilities
• Follow dealership sales processes and comply with all ethical standards to meet dealership sales goals.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company and manufacturer standards.
• Greet customers and assists customers to identify the type of vehicle that meets their needs while ensuring each customer has a premium buying experience.
• Explain features and demonstrate operations of vehicles in the showroom and/or on test drives.
• Communicate sales prices, including tax, trade-in allowances and discounts.
• Properly completes paperwork accompanying vehicle sales.
• Provide complete reviews of vehicle features and benefits during sale processes and at the time of delivery.
• Engage in business development.
• Address customer concerns.
• Engage customers after a sale for follow-up.
• Keep the lot neat and orderly as a team.
• Other job duties as assigned by your manager.
Job Qualifications
• Experience in sales a plus but not necessary. We will train the right person.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Motivated individual with a passion and drive for unlimited earning potential. Our top performers earn over $100,000 per year!
• Must have a valid driver license and a clean driving record and be deemed insurable to drive by our insurance company.
• Must complete a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
