Headquartered in Orange Park, Florida we offer Counter Service, Mobile Hose Repair, and state of the art OEM Centers throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico. This growing company is currently seeking candidates for a Metal Hose Fabricator with experience in Tig-Welding.
As A Welder You Will
• Read blueprints and drawings and take or read measurements to plan requirements
• Performs various fabrication procedures such as, welding, cutting hoses to length and attaching flanges, fittings, and other components
• Cuts hose to length, attaches flanges, fittings, and other fittings to fill orders for customers
• Pressure test hose assemblies for leak detection
• Operate saws and sander/grinders
• Tig-Weld components, using company provided welding equipment
• Test and inspect welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
• Proven experience as a welder/fabricator or similar role
• Proficiency in various welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and stick welding
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols
• Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes and equipment operation
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks and lift heavy objects
