We are looking for a passionate Practice Manager to join our leading team of hospice care professionals and make a difference, by listening, caring, and serving.
Position Summary : The Practice Manager (PM) is responsible for the operational and administrative functions of the Palliative Care program. Key duties include supervising support personnel, overseeing provider schedules, enhancing patient accessibility, optimizing support staff workflows, and establishing and monitoring key performance metrics. The PM collaborates closely with company leadership and contributes to the development and execution of best practices throughout the company.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration or similar related field of study or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in healthcare operations. Experience managing a medical practice preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years supervisory experience.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience working with CMR and EMR systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of scheduling efficiency and patient flow in medical practice.
• Knowledge of medical billing, coding, and insurance procedures.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work well under pressure and effectively managing time and tasks
• Collaboratively works within the department and across departments as a pro-active team member
