We invite you to join a team dedicated to providing the highest quality of community-based ABA services ( in school, day care, and home settings) BCBA (Board Certified Behavioral Analyst) Responsibilities: Development of assessments utilizing standardized assessment tools as necessary Development of treatment plans Analyze data and implement data driven program changes Supervision of Behavior Assistants Supervision of Student Analyst Supervision and oversight of a diverse caseload of clients Parent training Care coordination with onsite Speech and OTs BCBA/ BCaBA Qualifications BCBA/BCaBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Graduate degree Experience working with children One to two years of supervisory experience preferred.
