DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor and provide adequate training to all employees Provides an exceptional experience for all guests Ensure crew enjoys working at McDonalds Set a positive, professional tone for success Makes sure the crew represents the brand proudly & consistently Position crew members to deliver the best customer service Ensure good communication between managers and crew Must be able to follow targets and goals Responsible for Marketing (POP/Special Events) Tracks Cash (Shortage, sales, DT Times) QUALIFICATIONS: Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Were looking for positive team players with flexible schedules who like to have fun, with the passion to work the famously fast paced McDonalds environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants. The employee may be required to stand for extended periods of time, lift objects up to 20 lbs. on a regular basis and do repetitive tasks with few breaks.
