Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Provide high level attention to customers concerns Assess, diagnose and troubleshoot repair needs Completion of repair requirements Provide simple and comprehensible explanation of the repair to the client Explore all sales opportunities Vendor and parts inventory management Stay on top of industry advances Skill & Requirements - High School Diploma Great customer oriented skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required Some college or technical training preferred. A+ certification or Consumer Electronics a plus 1 + years of customer service experience and/or retail sales environment a plus Familiarity with wide range of device repairs: Smartphones, Phones, Laptops, Gaming Systems, PC or MAC Experience or familiarity with soldering a plus Proficient with Microsoft Office and email communication Organization skills Ability to work independently and as a team Ability to learn quickly and apply learning to work Schedule and Working Conditions – Part time schedules of 25-30 hours/week. Must be available to work weekends. Flexible weekday hours. (Business hours are Mon-Fri: 10am-7pm and Sat-Sun: 10am-5pm). Full time schedules may be considered. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Ability to work in a retail environment interacting with general public.
