We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator with setup experience on Fanuc machines to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and setting up CNC machines to produce precision parts in compliance with specifications. The ideal candidate should have excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and experience with Fanuc machines. Key Responsibilities: Operate and set up Fanuc CNC machines to produce parts in compliance with specifications. Interpret blueprints and work instructions to determine the correct program, tooling, and fixtures required for each job. Monitor machine performance to ensure quality production and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production process. Conduct routine maintenance on machines and perform daily cleaning to ensure machines remain in good condition. Conduct regular quality checks and perform measurements to ensure parts are within specifications. Document job progress and results in the company's system or on paper. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, technical training or certification in machining is preferred. At least 2 years of experience operating and setting up Fanuc CNC machines. GD&T Familiar and competent with G & M codes. Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions. Experience with measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Ability to perform routine maintenance on machines. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Swiss lathe experience a plus but not required. Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Must have excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Working Environment: Fast-paced production environment.
