Customer Relationship Management (CRM) QA Specialist - Solar
Job Summary:
QA Specialist (Customer Relationship Management) - With the goal of improving customer satisfaction, timely and effectively handle customer feedback and returns. Regularly organize customer feedback summary reports, cooperate, and supervise on-site improvement. Collect customers' special needs and transmit them to the facility and arrange targeted shipments. Arrange customer audits and visits, be responsible for communicating customer requirements with sales, and coordinate with the base to prepare corresponding audit work according to customer requirements.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Responsible for resolving customer complaints; investigate and resolve
• Assist in relevant contract and order reviews, system, and customer on-site certification
• Collect customers ‘feedback information
• Conduct regular visits to customers on a quarterly basis, and summarize and analyze client anomalies
• Responsible for collecting, summarizing, analyzing, and publishing customer satisfaction survey results, and completing customer satisfaction survey reports
• Responsible for quarterly reports; review and verify, and update documents accordingly
• Communicate introduction of new products and changes in process versions
• Based on the improvement and innovation indicators within the department, actively explore innovative ideas and complete the application work
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree, familiar with the corresponding standards and requirements for photovoltaic product manufacturing and certification
• Engaged in photovoltaic quality management for at least 3 years, familiar with customer factory inspection and system audit, with strong management and communication skills
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Proficient in Microsoft; MES software
• Proficient in 7 QC methods
• Familiar with customer factory inspections and system audits
• Experience in ISO 9000 System
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail; good organizational skills
• Excellent time management: proven ability to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Working conditions:
• Works in an office environment
• Sitting for extended periods of time. Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard and mouse
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• May be required to work after hours and on weekends or holidays
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds
• May have to lift, carry, push or reach overhead, below shoulder level
Physical requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities
