Project Manager – industrial construction
Industrial Construction and Engineering Contractor is searching for an experienced Project Manager to lead the building of a large manufacturing plant in Augusta, Georgia. This is a $75M, 18-month project. Future assignments may be anywhere in the U.S.. Travel per diem will be paid for future assignments.
• This person will be on-site and manage the contract requirements, schedule the work, develop budgets, work with the client and their representatives, price change orders, and be responsible for the P&L of the project.
• Responsible for coordinating and leading the project team, including subcontractors to ensure project is executed seamlessly.
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in construction project management and at least 5 years as the lead PM on industrial construction projects is required. Construction of glass manufacturing facilities is a strong plus.
• Experience building projects on a brownfield site is a plus. (An existing industrial site where demolition and soil remediation was required.)
• A four year construction-related degree is required.
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (Plangrid) software is a plus.
• You must currently live within commuting distance of Augusta, GA. No per diem nor travel/relocation expenses will be paid for this project.
Compensation : $110K - $150K, depending on experience, plus healthcare benefits, 401K.
