Position Overview: The Search Consultant will run Search assignments for positions within the search firm verticals and is also responsible for leading Client Development and Business Development.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and identifying and qualifying business opportunities while managing your own book of business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients to understand their recruitment needs and requirements.
• Lead and manage life cycle of search assignments
• Provide regular updates and progress reports to internal stakeholders and clients
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by providing excellent service, communications, and delivering results
• Act as a mentor and advisor to other members of the team
• Collaborate with other Partners and consultants to share best practices
• Identify new business opportunities and cross-selling opportunities, develop a book of business algin with the search firm’s vertical focuses.
• Continually develop knowledge of industry trends and best practices in executive search
• Represent the firm at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in executive search or high level 360 perm recruitment
• Proven track record of successful executive search placements
• Strong network of contacts and relationships within the industry
• Proven track record of client relationship management and new business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field is required
