Oversee and optimize operations while facilitating seamless communication between English and Spanish-speaking team members. Duties/Responsibilities:
Education
Fluent Spanish and English speaking/writing. Ability to stand for 10 hours. Ability to lift 40 pounds repeatedly during a 10 hour shift. Education and Experience:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the logistics team, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company standards and procedures. Provide leadership and guidance to a diverse team of English and Spanish-speaking employees, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Facilitate effective communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders in both English and Spanish to ensure clarity and understanding. Implement and monitor performance metrics to track team productivity, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous operational excellence. Serve as a liaison between management and frontline staff, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive and cohesive team culture. Required Skills/Abilities:
High School Diploma or GED.
