Accounts Payable Clerk
We are offering a contract employment opportunity located in the Greenville, SC area. The role is an Accounts Payable Analyst, where your primary focus will be to ensure the smooth operation of all accounts payable activities.
Responsibilities
• Accurately match, batch, code, and enter invoices for processing
• Undertake the entry, posting, and reconciliation of batches
• Conduct research and resolve any issues related to accounts payable or accounts receivable with customers or vendors
• Update and reconcile the sub-ledger to the general ledger as part of maintaining accurate financial records
• Take responsibility for maintaining cash applications, account reconciliations, and chargebacks
• Utilize skills in Accounts Payable (AP), Code Invoices, and Enter Invoices to effectively manage and streamline all accounts payable processes.
