Job Description
Job Summary:
onsemi is seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to join the Capacity Planning Analyst team. As a Capacity Planning Analyst, you will have the opportunity to lead the Global Supply chain planning and execution for onsemi ’s areas that are key to onsemi ’s success. Performance Objectives
• Be at the center of developing processes to ensure success for onsemi’s attainment of several corporate goals.
• Work with stakeholders from multiple organizations to ensure corporate goal attainment.
• Aggregate and track on time capital expansions (tool delivery, qual, PCN) until production ramp is achieved.
• Aggregate and track product/site transfers to completion working with BU & PM counterparts.
• Perform customer Long Term Supply Agreement analysis to validate supply/capacity feasibility.
• Identify, diagnose, and execute on opportunities to improve the inventory forecasting, control, and tracking.
• Document the “As Is” and “To Be” systems and processes and roadmap.
• Develop KPIs and metrics and report progress on a regular cadence.
Competencies
• Self-starter with strong semiconductor supply chain experience, hands on process experience preferred.
• Data management expertise (like SQL, R, Advanced excel, Python, tableau, Power BI, Power Automate,)
• Collaboration and teamwork across multiple functions and global sites
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to deal with ambiguity
• Business acumen
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Process management / process improvement
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Business Unit planning, marketing, and sales to understand the demand signal trends and define capacity supply solutions
• Lead cross functional teams from MFG and Operations teams to manage supply constraints and ensure that those constraints are resolved in a timely manner
• Collaboratively work with Industrial Engineering and Finance teams to identify and justify capacity investment opportunities
• Bring large datasets together to create intelligent business solutions
• Continuously enhance the Capacity Planning process to ensure that analysis quality and supply constraints are mitigated effectively, and efficiently
Qualifications
• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, or Engineering or Data Analytics
• Minimum 3 plus years’ of relevant industry experience, semiconductor/electronics planning environment experience is preferred
• Hands on factory experience is valuable
