Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at the Westin Poinsett Greenville in Greenville, SC. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including developing sales strategies, building relationships with clients, conducting sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. Move throughout property to conduct site inspections. Maximize revenue by selling all facets of the hotel, both orally and in written form to previous, current and potential clients.
Qualifications
• Sales and marketing skills, including lead generation and conversion.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Previous experience in a sales management role
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry
• Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
