As part of our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and expanding relationships with Employee Benefits brokers, driving the adoption of our innovative pet healthcare program as a voluntary benefit. Key Responsibilities
• Cultivate and grow relationships with brokers, serving as a trusted advisor and partner.
• Educate brokers on our cutting-edge pet healthcare program, highlighting its unique features and benefits.
• Collaborate with brokers and employer groups to implement strategies that maximize employee participation.
• Create and manage broker incentives and competitions to drive business growth.
• Utilize a state-of-the-art tech stack to manage your portfolio and forecast performance.
• Achieve and exceed monthly activity metrics and RFP generation goals.
• Travel (approximately 25%) to engage with brokers, attend conferences, and visit our corporate office.

Qualifications
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Employee Benefits, with a track record of exceeding goals.
• 1+ year of experience in voluntary benefits, with a strong understanding of the market.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Start-up or small company experience is a plus.
