Premium Retail Services operates in over 1300 Walmart Supercenter locations across North America, with a dedicated team of over 3,000 sales professionals. As a District Manager, you will help spark sales for Wireless brands by leading and motivating a district team of Wireless Sales Managers to achieve sales and business targets. Our client is a retail leader in North America, and we have tremendous shopper traffic each & every day, for sales opportunities.

What will you do?
• Inspire and manage your district team.
• Develop, lead and coach a high-performing team of Premium Sales Managers.
• Lead recruiting efforts to maintain top talent.
• Analyze performance data to overcome challenges and capitalize on opportunity.
• Spearhead operational execution in scheduling, inventory and cash control and merchandising efforts.
• Present recommendations to senior leadership based on market intelligence.
• Establish strong business relationships with store managers.
• Conduct regular field visits and maintain high visible presence within district to ensure excellence.

What experience should you have?
• Bachelors degree preferred.
• Five years management experience in wireless industry or retail sales environment.
• Three years multi-location management.
Prior sales experience or existing knowledge of the wireless category is not mandatory, but you must be driven to learn. We will teach you everything you need to know about wireless plans, services, devices, and promotions through ongoing in-store, as well as online, training.
