Job Title: Senior Orthodontic Office Manager (Multi-Site)
Join our dynamic team at Garn and Mason Orthodontics. A leading orthodontic practice dedicating to delivering exceptional patient care and cutting edge treatments with multiple locations. We are committed to providing top notch orthodontic care to our communities.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced multisite orthodontic practice manager to oversee the operations of our three locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, qualities excellent communications skills and a passion for delivering outstanding patient experiences
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple orthodontic offices
• Lead and motivate teams to ensure high quality patient care and satisfaction
• Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals
• Manage and lead a team of orthodontic professionals, including scheduling, training, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
• Develop and implement strategies to improve office efficiency and patient satisfaction
• Manage financial operations, including budgeting, billing, and collections
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care across all locations
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business growth initiatives
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in orthodontic office management, with a proven track record of success
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, staff, and other stakeholders
• Knowledge of orthodontic procedures, billing, and insurance processes
• Proficiency in practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite
