Inventory Control/Warehouse/Production Manager Responsibilities:
• Work in a TEAM environment to assemble products
• Oversee and manage the inventory control system
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventories
• Supervise warehouse & production staff in a variety of departments
• Develop efficient warehouse & production processes
• Manage production schedules
• Provide regular performance reports to senior management
• Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating warehouse personnel.
• Lift 50lb boxes from 5-foot-high shelf
• Produce results in a fast-pace environment
Inventory Control/Warehouse/Production Manager Qualifications: • 2 year or more experience in warehouse management or supervision
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. to 5ft high areas without assistance
• Dependable - more reliable than spontaneous
• Adaptable/flexible - enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction
• Insanely high attention to detail is a must
• Autonomous/Independent - enjoys working with little direction
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work well in teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
