What your future day will look like:
• Develop quotes and estimates in collaboration with the sales department
• Manage and invoice open orders, assist with collections
• Developing positive customer relations while answering inbound calls and creating service tickets
• Work with vendors to source and cost materials

Type: Direct Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
• 2+ years of customer service experience, experience in estimating and quoting required
• Experience in service industry (ex: HVAC, forklist industry etc).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
