Vivacity Tech is looking for a Training and Development Manager to design, implement, and oversee training programs that align with our business objectives and employee development needs. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for employee growth and engagement.

While no day will be completely the same, you will execute daily responsibilities in these various functions:
• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs, catering to various learning styles and skill levels.
• Design unique training initiatives tailored to meet individual and organizational needs.
• Create training materials and resources utilizing diverse formats such as group discussions, simulations, and videos.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs across the organization.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms and performance indicators.
• Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure accessibility and accuracy of training materials.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to department trainers.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
• Align training programs with strategic business goals in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Manage the training budget effectively and maintain records of training activities.

What Education and Experience Levels Are We Looking For? • Two years of training experience required. Six years of training experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• SHRM-CP or PHR preferred.
