The Manager, Brand Collaborations and Partnerships is responsible for creating, managing, and implementing strategic partnerships, relationships, and brand development opportunities to enhance The Southern Tide products and market coverage. This team member will nurture and rapidly expand existing partnerships and play an important role in shaping Southern Tide’s partnership strategy. Execute a calendar of multi-channel initiatives that engage consumers based on market-driven insights and enforce the company brand positioning, our full-price model integrity and support of strategic goals.Crew Position:Develop and continue to iterate strategy in gift with purchase (GWPs) promotions, collaborations, and partnerships that support the greater product, creative content, omnichannel sales and overall company roadmap.Develop and manage promotional, collaboration and partnership calendar. Ensure all areas of the business are informed, aligned, and prepared to meet required deadlines.Partner with product to identify promotional GWPs that align with marketing calendar. Serve as project manager during GWP product development to ensure GWP meets budget, brand and timeline requirements.Develop winning business cases around market opportunities, collaborations, and partnerships including but not limited to strategy development, competitive analysis, and financial analysis.Build new and cultivate existing partnerships and collaborations that drive long-term profitable omni-channel sales growth, overall brand awareness, and future business development pipelines.Identify, develop relationships, and ultimately implement strategic partnerships, including collaborations and pop-ups, to raise brand awareness and grow brand market share.Develop and implement tactical efforts to improve customer relations between new and existing partners and internal teams.Serve as primary contact for key partnerships. Lead negotiations with representatives for partner- related agreements. Partner with finance and legal to ensure successful completion and implementation of contractual agreements.Plan, manage, and provide hands on support to collaboration and partnership events (example: Charleston Open; collaboration product launches, etc.)Research and forecast brand outreach trends.
