Description:
Utility is responsible for completing delegated task and handling scrap to ensure customers satisfaction. This is a hands on position that includes handling of inventory, proper stage, and shipment transfer of material to warehouse while adhering to the compliance of all legal and safety procedure. Job duties include:
-Responsible for all activities and operations of the end of the line
-Follows any and all procedures that are currently being implemented regarding safety, process, and ISO for cutter and/or grinder
-Fills our paperwork, end of line SPC Test every 30 minutes
-Understands basic sheet faults and how to identify basic issues
-Notifies correct personnel of issues that may arise such as quality and process issues
-Feed final product through machine and bag once product is completed
-Performs appendix changes. Tape, PE, barcodes, AS/AF
-Performs length and width changes
-Performs pallet changes and inkjet message
-Enter orders in SAP
-Forklift/material handling
-Responsible to perform other duties and general cleaning of work area.
Shift:
2-2-3 rotating 12 hour days (7pm- 7am)
