SMT Machine Operator
Pay: $20-$26/hr depending on experience
Benefits: Holiday and Vacation Pay, Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, 401(k), and more!
Shift: 1st shift Monday through Friday (6am-2pm)
Location: Reading, PA
Responsibilities of the SMT Machine Operator:
• Prepare automated PCB assembly line to run a job order
• Loading feeders containing component reels in the proper position in the machine
• Verification of the program
• In-process inspection of populated printed circuit board
• Manual assembly of the electrical components that the machine is unable to place
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications of the SMT Machine Operator:
• 2 year associates degree in electronics or equivalent
• PCB assembly experience required
• Electronics inspection experience preferred
• Familiarity with MS Word, Outlook and Excel
• Must be able to distinguish between color coded components
• Detail oriented and able to follow work orders/specifications
