Job Status: Part-time, could lead to full-time if desired.
Duties: Input invoices and payments utilizing QuickBooks, handle deposits, receipts, and credit card reconciliations.  Assist with the aging accounts by making collection calls.
Pay: $16.00 an hour
Education and Experience: QuickBooks experience a must, good phone etiquette, good data entry skills and high school diploma.
