Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.1. Work independently on daily job duties and projects.2. Take ownership and accountability to address and resolve client questions and issues, working toward a first call, first email or letter resolution, whenever possible.3. Responsible for the timeliness and quality review of work performed by staff, including audit compliance, proper offsite backup procedures, and monitoring system efficiency.4. Provide support and accountability in maintaining and advancing service function assigned maintaining customer satisfaction.5. Responsible for adhering to uniform procedures and processes to assure the highest quality product experience. Bring forward suggestions for organizational improvement.6. Document customer contact completely within client management system.7. Ensure all business results (quality, production, and time service) meet standards.8. Maintain daily client management functions in system applications, as required.9. Keep abreast of system functionality, Internal Revenue Service (IRS) regulations and pronouncements, industry related regulations as it pertains to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)), §125, §132, HSAs and COBRA as appropriate.10. Collaborate with Product Manager and Compliance Officers to acquire expertise in legislative changes.11. Provide mentoring and training to Teammates to ensure effective servicing.12. Support overall MEBS revenue and retention goals.13.
