We currently have an opening for a Customer Service Representative in our Greenville, SC location. Customer Service Representative will be a member of the account management team. This position will play a key role in managing purchase orders, deliveries, and inventory management to ensure that the company constantly strives for 100% in-stock, fulfillment accuracy and meet Must-Arrive-By-date (MABD) requirements. This successful candidate will have a high level of service-oriented skills. Responsibilities Oversee the execution of initiatives within the account., coordinate resources, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring on time and in full delivery to meet customer satisfaction. Purchase Order management in Multiple Software systems to include Oracle, TAKE and Agile, and various customer portals. Daily order entry, tracking and management of customer purchase orders, to include manufacturing, packaging, and shipping coordination. Manage, track & work with internal and external stakeholders to process and track and clear, formula changes, deviations, label revisions, to ensure customer on time delivery. Provide full account overview weekly with a reconciliation to include status of all orders, shipping details and issue management. Reconciling order quantities received versus planned quantities. Inventory Management of item shortages creating in-stock issues at retail. with a key focus on items at risk based on current customer in stock Connecting and developing strong relationships with customers and key business executives and stakeholders aligning efforts to meet customer needs. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor degree in Business Administration preferred. HS Dilpoma/GED required Three to five years’ solid experience in Customer Service, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) Prior experience in a manufacturing company working with retail accounts. Prior experience in consumer goods manufacturing or packaging. Excellent analytical and organizational skills and data manipulation. Highly developed interpersonal skills and able to work well on a team as well as independently.
