BA/BS degree in IT or Engineering; OR AA/AS degree in a related technical field (IT/Electrical/Computer/Mechatronics) and 2 years of professional controls planning experience in a manufacturing environment; OR The equivalent of 4 years of professional controls planning experience in a manufacturing environment. B) Experience 5+ years of professional engineering experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive preferred). 5+ years of professional experience managing projects including structural modification measures in several equipment and/or controls planning projects. 5+ years of professional experience with production/control systems and equipment 5+ years of knowledge of controls systems 5+ years of skills in problem investigation & data analysis. 5+ years of skills in long and short-term project management (continuous improvement, process analysis, controls planning). 5+ years of MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Access). 5+ years of professional communication skills (written, verbal and presentation). 3+ years of skills to interpret technical drawings and specifications. 3+ years of skills in using and applying statistical methods. 3+ years of Microsoft Office Project skills..
